General Comments:

 The primary purpose of any installed pavement is to protect the sub-grade. A pavement is somewhat similar to the roof on a house and is in place to safegaurd your investment by inhibiting the elements of water, gas, oil, chemicals and oxidation from the Sun from inflicting internal damage. When a roof leaks – internal damage follows. When a pavement leaks (cracks and holes) – internal damage follows. Early repair or replacement is essential and is always cost effective.
